Feng Shui and Malibu Fire – Why history keeps repeating itself ? The people in Malibu need to make use of Feng Shui to stop the misfortunes from recurring.

Have you ever wondered why people still want to live in Malibu after there are so many disasters happening in the same place over and over ?  Has anybody learn a lesson from it ?  I would like to share my view in Feng Shui stand point.  The people in Malibu should make use of Feng Shui to stop the fire from recurring. I have done a number of houses in Malibu over the years.  I discovered some bad Feng Shui houses.

Here is a couple of case studies : My client asked me to take a look at a house in Malibu before she bought it.  This home owner started to build his house since 1973, the house was still being remodeled in year 2003.  The house was built round Indian secrete rock.   The back of the house was into a steep cliff without a fence.  It was enough to make me feel the chill when I walked on the edge of the cliff where the home owner had invited me to sit on the chairs under an umbrella.  I think people would become nervous with the influence of the environment.    This was why the owner could not get enough money together to complete remodeling.  The Feng Shui of his hime is not supporting his finances.  The house was still in a mess on the day he wanted to sell it after all these years.

There were a number of Malibu houses which were built on the stilts at the edge of a cliffe.  I felt nervous just looking at those houses.  The land in Malibu is very expensive.  It is common that people built houses at the edge of a cliff.  Normally after the fire, there is a mud slide.  Can you imagine living in a house like that at the edge of a cliff ? Malibu has a lot of hills, but they have a lot of gaps, which has created wind tunnels.

One of my clients has a house in Malibu on top of the mountain looking overlooking the ocean.  She asked me to audit her new home after the workmen had started to build.  I told her that her house would create wind tunnel as it stood.  I told her she needed to restructure the plan to negate the wind tunnel. I have kept a close look at the fire, because I have clients in Malibu.  My clients have not lost their houses.   One of my clients is in the path of the recent fire.  I have to see on this house. The owner called me after the house was half built.  The house was built on stilts so the owner could see the ocean.  If I started to make the planning, I would not have advised anyone to build a house on stilts.   They are in fact inviting the wind of fire to come to the house.  It makes the house look like a stove.  The space underneath the house allows the wind to fan the fire.  He also has many trees around the house.  He literally built his house around a tree.

It is not a good Feng Shui house if you have a hollow underneath a house, because the chi can never gather that makes you difficult to allow the chi to manifest.  It means that the owner will never get the benefits to create prosperity of a house.

There was a house for sale that was not in the neighborhood of Malibu.  The owner asked me for US Dollar $250,000 for a cliff edge house before the housing boom in California.  The house was partially burnt down and it was built on stilts.  When there is a short circuit in electricity that creates the fire, the fire would go off faster because of the space underneath the house.
