I felt so sad when CNN was showing of how people have to choose between Health and Money . My mother always told me that we need to invest in good health before beauty. She tried to educate me that if I cannot afford food, I should not even think about buying make up and fashion. Our health comes first before anything else.
My mother and father were growing up during the second world war. The way they looked at life was so different from us that have never experienced war. They always educated me as if there was going to have a war. I was brought up with good food. My parents said that we would have health if one day we do not have anything else. They told me to buy gold if the money becomes worthless. This is why China invests in gold. We were brought up that way. We may be too late to invest gold now that gold price has gone up so much. It is not to late to invest in your health.
CNN has been telling us that if we exercise 30 minutes each day, we can extend our life for another 15 years. It is free to trade for good health. The choice is ours.
